Hats off to Alberto, great coaching telling Amy not to go out hard and pull people along with her. Also, great prep of his athletes. The 600s in practice had Amy ready mentally. Negative splits are the way to go. Alberto was a great runner but he may be a better coach.

Amy Begley UNCUT

Amy Begley had to run a sub 70 sec 400 on the last lap to make the Olympic Team, which was a dream of hers since her first race when she was 10 years old.
